Responsibilities
Draft new contract forms and revise existing forms
Participate in all activities related to the drafting and documentation process
Review legislative and regulatory updates to ensure continued compliance of filed forms
Identify when new forms or revisions are required
Respond to internal requests regarding historical filings and regulatory requirements
Prepare and submit state filings; obtain and maintain state approval of product forms
Coordinate communication with regulators and internal partners
Support team efficiency through proactive process management, including activity tracking, document retention, and metrics reporting
Use artificial intelligence tools to enhance drafting, research, and process efficiency
Qualification
Required
JD Required
2 or more years of experience required
Knowledge of insurance products and the regulatory frameworks governing them
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas
