Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients, focusing on businesses that would benefit from our MSP services
Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and text to introduce our services and uncover their IT challenges
Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
Partner with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategies that resonate with prospects
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting

Required
