Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues on PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
Provide timely and clear communication to users, keeping them informed about ticket progress, changes, and solutions
Install, upgrade, and configure Windows operating systems, applications, and essential software packages
Deliver hands‑on and remote support using remote desktop tools or similar technologies
Escalate complex issues to senior IT members when necessary
Maintain strong, positive relationships with internal users, including executive team members, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Manage user accounts across enterprise applications and systems
Support onboarding processes, including workstation setup, account provisioning, and new‑hire training on technology and applications
Document procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting steps to improve knowledge sharing within the IT team
Demonstrate curiosity and growth mindset in learning new tools and systems, accepting feedback in a collaborative environment

Required

Ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of IT issues involving hardware, software, networking, and user access
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong problem‑solving mentality with the ability to work efficiently in fast‑paced environments
Comfortable providing support in person, over the phone, or through remote support tools
Previous experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role, with a focus on delivering exceptional support
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365 applications
Ability to work onsite and contribute positively to an active office environment

Preferred

Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools
Industry certifications such as: CompTIA A+, CompTIA ITF+, Microsoft Fundamentals (e.g., AZ‑900, MS‑900)
