Responsibilities
Create and update CADs for womens contemporary styles, including tops, bottoms, and sets
Support the design team throughout the product development process
Assist with colorways, print placement, and line sheets
Revise designs based on internal and client feedback
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, technical design, and merchandising
Ensure designs align with brand aesthetic, fit standards, and activewear performance needs
Help manage seasonal timelines and deliverables
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of experience in contemporary design
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (CADs required)
Understanding of activewear construction, fabrics, and performance details
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to work 5 days a week in-office
