Responsibilities
Enter quotes, declinations, binders, policies, and related documentation into EPIC with accuracy and consistency
Maintain data integrity and ensure all required information is properly recorded and updated
Assist brokers and client service teams with collecting, organizing, and sending required documents
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials
Provide support for invoicing processes and certificate of issuance as needed
Assist in creating and maintaining templates for internal and client-facing use
Request loss runs from carriers and track receipts and distribution
Pull AM Best ratings and Risk Meter reports to support underwriting and client deliverables
Perform additional administrative or analytical tasks assigned to support team operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance, real estate, or a related field
Familiarity with EPIC or similar agency management systems is a strong plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a collaborative team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
