Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and manage Jira boards
Support change management initiatives and the adoption of new systems or processes
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of project management experience, ideally within technology or aviation-related industries
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management
Skilled in Agile methodology and process optimization
Capable of navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across teams
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
Collaborative and team-focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Highly detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
Adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field strongly preferred
PMP or Agile certification preferred
Understanding of Salesforce, system integrations, or SOC2 compliance (preferred)
