Responsibilities
Lead drafting and administration of corporate contracts
Help build and maintain our contract management solution
Draft and update templates including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, NDAs, and Licensing Agreements
Guide business units through negotiations, risk allocation, and regulatory considerations
Support compliance with privacy and data protection requirements including GDPR and CCPA
Draft and negotiate Data Processing Agreements and related security exhibits
Train teams on contracting procedures, escalation paths, and best practices
Manage contract databases and tag key contract provisions for search and reporting
Support customer requests under existing templates
Summarize and review agreements and assist with renewals
Conduct contract due diligence during acquisitions
Provide broader legal support to the Chief Legal Officer and CJK legal team
Qualification
Required
Licensed attorney with strong academic credentials
Five to ten years of legal experience supporting U.S. based operations
Background in corporate, commercial, or contract law
Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
Excellent drafting skills for commercial agreements
Experience with contract management platforms such as Monday dot com, Ironclad, or ContractWorks
Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional judgment
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
Comfortable working within a global, collaborative team
