Responsibilities

Identify trends and high-performing, native content/copies across TikTok and Instagram with strong paid potential

Spot emerging creative patterns, hooks, and formats before they become saturated

Source and outreach creators whose content aligns with Alinea’s brand and performance goals

Collaborate closely with growth and creative teams to refine sourcing strategy based on performance data

Upload creatives/posts to social platforms

Continuously raise the quality bar for what enters our paid creative pipeline
