Customer Quality Program Manager
NR Consulting is seeking a senior, customer-facing Quality Leader who will serve as the face of the company to key utility, distributor, and end customers. This role involves owning the end-to-end customer experience, driving long-term relationships, and scaling customer quality programs between Washington and South Carolina.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end customer experience from delivery through product lifecycle
Act as CX leader—proactively engaging customers even without complaints
Lead customer interactions including utility customers and third-party auditors (factory audits, IPM, inspections)
Capture customer feedback and translate it into internal quality and process improvements
Partner with internal teams and work alongside a local CQE on execution
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Quality or customer-facing roles
5+ years leading cross-functional programs/projects
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) – required
Experience with field failures, complaints, and audits
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Bachelor's in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
