Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of leadership development programs
Support curriculum development and training materials aligned with leadership frameworks
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery and participant experience
Monitor program effectiveness and assist with reporting and evaluations
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, mentors, and participants
Maintain accurate program documentation and scheduling
Contribute to continuous improvement of leadership initiatives and internal processes
Qualification
Required
