Responsibilities
Translate business goals and stakeholder inputs into structured product roadmaps and detailed requirements
Write and maintain clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation
Collaborate daily with engineering teams to prioritize work, remove blockers, and ensure alignment
Use Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs, sprints, and project documentation
Support cross-functional teams with product updates, status reports, and internal communications
Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions
Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Help ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments
Qualification
Required
Around 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in technology or software development environments
Having worked on AR/VR experience / WebGL based experiences
Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams to define and deliver product features
Strong experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and product documentation
Comfortable using tools like Jira and Confluence to manage product work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
Ability to synthesize input from multiple sources and turn it into clear, prioritized roadmaps
Preferred
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer digital products
Familiarity with basic product analytics tools
Exposure to UX/design collaboration tools like Figma or Miro
