Responsibilities

Preparation, timely submission, and tracking of routine regulatory reports required by regulatory agencies overseeing Pattern’s regulated assets and affiliates
Proactively identify opportunities to improve current processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency
Prepare reports and presentation materials on Pattern’s Regulatory Compliance activities for internal and external business partners
Provide administrative and project management support to the Regulatory Compliance team
Proactively engage in research related to current and emerging regulatory obligations to analyze and assess potential impacts to Pattern
Identify opportunities and develop proposals to enhance processes and implement regulatory requirements efficiently
Support the preparation, submission, and tracking of routine regulatory reports for agencies including, but not limited to, DOE, EIA, FERC, ISO/RTOs, PUCs, and other applicable federal, state, and local authorities
Maintain filing calendars, documentation, and internal tracking tools to ensure timely and accurate submissions
Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency
Maintain and update SOC-related resources, including documentation, organizational charts, and internal or external websites
Support coordination across Pattern teams related to SOC training completion, tracking, and compliance requirements
Assist with coordination and tracking of Marketing Function Employees (MFEs) and Transmission Function Employees (TFEs) updates
Support SOC ongoing compliance
Provide administrative and operational support to the Regulatory Compliance team, including document management, and internal communications
Support organization and maintenance of compliance records, shared folders, and internal resources
Support ongoing Regulatory Compliance projects, initiatives, and compliance-related efforts
Provide project management support to ensure regulatory initiatives and obligations are executed accurately and on schedule
Coordinate activities across internal and external stakeholders, maintain documentation, and track follow-up actions associated with regulatory initiatives
Support active initiatives such as Digital Certificates transitions, EQR refiling projects, regulatory registrations, and ad hoc compliance efforts
Assist in the development and maintenance of manuals, procedures, and reference materials for key regulatory and compliance processes
Proactively engage in research related to current and emerging regulatory obligations to analyze and assess potential impacts to Pattern
Identify opportunities and develop proposals to enhance processes and implement regulatory requirements efficiently
Develop policies, procedures and manuals, as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as engineering, economics, finance or computer science required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate or professional office environment
Advanced organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Advanced research and writing skills
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
