Responsibilities
Prepare, review and post monthly journal entries
Raise intercompany recharges with supporting documentation
Perform intercompany reconciliation and reporting requirements
Review and allocate incoming and outgoing intercompany payments
Prepare, review and track all payment requests for the finance department
Prepares various monthly expense allocation files and posts corresponding journal entries
Fixed overhead reporting
Prepares and files various sales & use, excise tax returns
Assists with daily cash clearing / reconciliations
Reviews / Reconciles assigned balance sheet accounts
Assists with month-end closing activities
Provides ad-hoc reporting / support to Sr. Accountant / AFC as needed
Qualification
Required
Must pass any drug screens, background checks and any pre-employments tests as applicable
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
One - two years of accounting and/or finance experience
Associate's degree in accounting or finance
