Senior Interaction Designer, Google Ads

Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide solutions to the design of Google products and features
Create user flows and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts as well as high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to test and refine design solutions
Leverage user research and support activities to gather insights and feedback on design concepts and present design work to stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gain feedback and alignment
Build domain knowledge and subject matter expertise for the product area and incorporate knowledge to solve for user challenges or business goals
Demonstrate industry trends and technologies in UX design and incorporate them into work, embrace feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights and stakeholder input
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Preferred
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience designing across multiple platforms
Experience with design systems, with the ability to leverage and expand on established design components, languages, and principles
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and technical constraints to collaborate with engineers
Excellent visual design and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within teams, communicate, and receive feedback constructively in a fast-paced environment
