Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades roles ranging from field-level professionals to senior leadership

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions

Recruit nationwide using job boards, direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and trade-specific channels

Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trades talent

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide regular recruiting updates

Travel as needed, particularly early on, to build alignment and trust with hiring leaders

Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within the ATS

Stay current on labor market trends and skilled trades hiring challenges

Ensure a responsive, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required

Proven experience recruiting skilled trades professionals at high volume

Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills

Willingness to travel as needed to support hiring manager partnerships
