Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Drive and lead Scrum calls, Sprint Planning sessions, and Risk/Issue review meetings to ensure alignment and accountability across teams
Manage project delivery using Azure DevOps, ensuring backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and reporting
Coordinate with global stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project plans to track milestones and dependencies
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans
Utilize ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management workflows
Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and ensure timely resolution to keep projects on track
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment
Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks
Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting
Experience with ServiceNow for ITSM or project workflows
Demonstrated ability to manage global teams across time zones and cultures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
