Hometown Insurance has been serving the personal and business insurance needs of Central Indiana for over a century. They are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to service and manage a book of Personal lines accounts, focusing on client communications and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
Perform the essential duties of servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement
The ability to cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position
Be the connection between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company

Qualification

Active PropertyCasualty licenseInsurance industry experienceErie Insurance Group experienceEZLynx Agency Management SystemMicrosoft Office proficiencyVerbal communication skillsWritten communication skills

Required

Active Property and Casualty license
3-5 years of insurance industry experience related to managing personal lines accounts
Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Experience with Erie Insurance Group preferred
Experience with EZLynx Agency Management System preferred
