Responsibilities
Senior Financial Analyst will lead variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly updates, and financial close
Prepare analyses and presentations for plant and executive leadership
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will strengthen cross-functional communication between operations and business support groups
Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4+ years of FP&A or analytical experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
Experience with Oracle ERP, OneStream, Power BI, or Python
Manufacturing industry experience
