Territory Sales Manager

The Tank Brewing Co. is expanding across Miami and is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to help drive growth in the beer industry. The role involves growing sales, managing inventory, and building relationships with retailers and distributors in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Grow sales, volume, and new accounts in an assigned territory
Execute monthly sales strategy, routing, and brand priorities
Manage inventory, freshness, and quality standards
Support distributor teams with communication, programming & POS
Sell in new brands/packages & support sell-through
Activate events, tastings, and launches (nights + weekends as needed)
Represent The Tank in the wild with energy, knowledge, and passion

Qualification

Beverage sales experienceBilingualCommunicationRelationship buildingMarket knowledgeVIP / PowerBI experiencePassion for beerSelf-motivatedOrganizational skills

Required

Must be 21+ with valid Driver's License

Preferred

Bilingual preferred
2โ€“3 years beverage sales experience preferred
VIP / PowerBI experience
Distributor or craft beverage background
Strong local market knowledge
