Responsibilities
Develop and implement automation strategies by defining standards, controls, and best practices across the organization
Analyze manufacturing, maintenance, and quality operations to propose automation projects that improve safety, productivity, and reliability
Provide expert guidance on new technologies and emerging automation trends to support process engineering initiatives
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance activities for electrical and control systems, ensuring system integrity and uptime
Oversee automation projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions that improve productivity and reduce operational risk
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Automation, Engineering, or related field with extensive industry experience
Minimum of ten years' experience in instrumentation and controls, including PLC programming and motor control centers
Technical proficiency controls programming software applications, such as RSLogix, Siemens, Schneider
Proven leadership in automation and controls, with a track record of successful project delivery
