Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety regulations
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and or other construction management software
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution
Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
Manage project budgets, perform cost control, and assist with construction estimating as needed
Oversee quality control procedures to meet industry standards and client expectations
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce safety protocols across the site
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in construction management with a focus on commercial projects; supervisory experience is essential
Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, project scheduling, and quality control processes
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards applicable to large-scale construction sites
Demonstrated ability in management of budgets, contracts, and project documentation
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of supervising diverse teams effectively
Preferred
Relevant certifications in construction safety (OSHA) or project management are preferred
