Provides technical assistance as needed by laboratory technologists in support of the Tulane and Children'ÂÂs Hospital Transplant Programs
Assists in maintenance of patient database, provides courier services, and performs quality control tasks as required on lab equipment
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of computers and laboratory computer software
Ability to accept direction and communicate effectively
Physical ability to walk at least four miles per day and/or ride bicycle to perform courier duties
High school diploma required
Preferred
Some college science course work
Previous lab safety training
