Responsibilities
Customer service functions including: greeting clients, answering phones and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Routing phone calls to the appropriate person/department
Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that the facility is neat and clean at all times - both inside and outside
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Client Service Representative
Personable and highly professional demeanor
Ability to greet clients and guide them and their pets to exam rooms
Skills in scheduling and confirming appointments
Ability to route phone calls to the appropriate person/department
Skills in presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
Ability to manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
Ability to maintain hospital cleanliness, including removal of animal waste
