IT Help Desk Technician

They are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide front-line support to internal customers and work on technology projects, ensuring the performance of the organizational computer system.

Responsibilities
Monitors and maintains the organizational computer system's daily performance
Provides technical support, troubleshoots and resolves urgent technical issues, while responding to help requests in person and by phone
Identifies and escalates complex issues to management
Compiles daily or weekly issues log for management
Installs and repairs computer hardware and software, cleans computers, and runs diagnostic programs
Writes user manuals and trains staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in an IT field preferred and 1 year experience
Excellent customer service skills
A true passion for technology
Preferred
Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Chrome OS is strongly preferred
Experience with Microsoft Windows, and VMWare Horizon is a plus
