Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A
Oversee accounting operations, revenue cycle, treasury, and cash management
Ensure GAAP compliance, audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
Manage grants and contract financial oversight
Identify and mitigate financial risk; oversee insurance
Prepare executive and Board financial reporting
Optimize financial systems and processes
Lead and develop the finance team

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Senior finance leadership experience, ideally in nonprofit or healthcare
Strong knowledge of GAAP, audits, budgeting, and reimbursement
Excellent leadership and communication skills

Master's degree
CPA
