Strong Programming Skills (Must-Have)
Java proficiency (very important)
Ability to read, debug, and write production-quality code
Solid understanding of object-oriented design and clean coding practices
Test Automation Expertise
Hands-on experience building end-to-end automated test frameworks
Experience with: Playwright (UI automation)
Karate (API / integration testing)
Selenium / Cucumber (good to have)
Writing and maintaining scalable, maintainable automation suites
Backend & API Testing (High Priority)
Strong experience testing: REST APIs
Microservices

ICEDQ (data quality testing)
Accessibility testing
Experience in startup or incubator environments
Monitoring tools like Splunk, DataDog
