Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all new account implementations — from signed proposal through go-live
Engage directly with clients to independently handle special requests for services from initial contact through closure and service delivery; ensure event is properly staffed from operations, purchase order is completed, follow up to determine client satisfaction, etc
Partner with cross-functional teams to confirm requirements, assign responsibilities, and hit every milestone
Maintain accurate, compliant data across multiple platforms and ensure new employees are ready for deployment
Develop onboarding checklists, dashboards, and reports that keep leadership informed and clients confident
Identify and resolve any data or process gaps to maintain quality and consistency across systems
Track and report key onboarding metrics such as training completion, cycle time, and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred
Security industry is a MUST
10+ years of experience managing implementations, client onboarding, or operational projects (security or compliance-driven industries preferred)
Tech-savvy with platforms like WinTeam, HubSpot, Lighthouse, or SharePoint
Exceptionally organized, proactive communicator with a passion for process improvement
Preferred
Bonus points for experience integrating HRIS, CRM, or workflow tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Monday.com)
