Dunn Construction is seeking an Information Technology Level I Tech to provide first-level technical support for their organization. This role involves responding to user inquiries, managing IT-related service requests, and delivering basic troubleshooting and support.

Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for Dunn Companies by responding to user inquiries and managing IT-related service requests
Deliver basic troubleshooting and support, including password resets, printer configuration, break/fix assistance, ticket routing, and escalation to Level II and Level III support teams as appropriate
Assist users in a timely and professional manner
Prepare reports related to IT issues and help desk activity for management review
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
High school diploma or GED required
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
Preferred
IT certification preferred (A+, CompTIA, etc.)
