Program Associate – Tejara Innovation Hub
The American Arab Chamber of Commerce (AACC) is seeking a Program Associate for its Tejara Innovation Hub, which focuses on supporting founders and small businesses. The Program Associate will coordinate programming, events, and reporting to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Manage logistics and coordination for Tejara cohort sessions, workshops, and programming
Support facilitators, speakers, and partners before, during, and after sessions
Track attendance, participation, and program milestones
Assist with onboarding and ongoing communication with cohort participants
Plan and support Tejara events, including workshops, networking events, and public-facing programs
Coordinate schedules, venues, vendors, materials, and day-of logistics
Support event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up
Assist with grant reporting requirements, including data collection and documentation
Track program outputs and outcomes to support impact measurement
Help prepare internal and external reports related to program performance and funder requirements
Maintain accurate program and participant data in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
Support internal reporting using Asana dashboards and other tracking tools
Ensure data is organized, up to date, and ready for leadership review
Support basic program communications, including email outreach and participant updates
Assist with social media content or promotion related to Tejara programs and events (a plus, not required)
Coordinate with internal staff to ensure consistent messaging
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience working in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
Strong background in event planning or program coordination
Familiarity with CRM systems
Experience using project management tools such as Asana
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
Experience with grant reporting, data tracking, or impact measurement
HubSpot experience
