Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support by managing calendars, email communications and meetings
Assist with IT tasks including basic troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors, and Microsoft Teams support
Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Provide basic IT support by setting up employee workstations, performing initial troubleshooting, and resolving routine technical issues
Manage office inventory and order supplies
Support accounting functions including invoice processing, expenses, and spreadsheets management
Provide phone coverage and act as a point of contact for staff and visitors
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite
Run occasional personal errands for executives
Collaborate with the Admin team to enhance processes and drive tech-forward improvements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
Experienced using AI-powered productivity tools
Comfortable with IT basics
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional, dependable, and adaptable
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Inventory management experience and basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
Strong problem-solving ability and comfort with technology
