Provide strategic legal advice and direction on a broad range of matters impacting over 100 attractions across nine countries
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant legal experience, in order of priority, with commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts and insurance matters
Admission to a Bar of any jurisdiction in the United States and with the ability to become licensed to practice in Florida as in-house counsel
Must be in the office five days per week
20% travel primarily for specific project-related meetings and attractions visits required
Preferred
Experience working in the attractions or hospitality industry
