Responsibilities
Partner with the investment team to research markets, strategies, and emerging sector trends
Support sourcing, analysis, due diligence, and onboarding of investment opportunities
Prepare written recommendations, presentations, and analysis for research meetings
Participate in calls with investment managers, company executives, and research providers, documenting key insights
Develop analytics to monitor portfolio performance and conduct risk assessments
Lead projects to improve team efficiency, processes, and operations
Provide operational, compliance, reconciliation, and reporting support with a focus on accuracy and relevance
Contribute to ad hoc projects, including a capstone presentation at the end of the two-year program
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 1 year in institutional investment management or related field (internships considered)
CFA or CAIA designation, or progress toward one, highly valued
Intellectual curiosity and a proactive, self-starter mindset
Motivation to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred
Advanced coursework in economics, finance, accounting, data science, quantitative methods, or statistics preferred
Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar analytical platforms
