Senior Healthcare Application Specialist
Flatiron Health is reimagining the infrastructure of cancer care and is seeking a Senior Healthcare Application Specialist to support the implementation of their OncoEMR product within oncology clinics. The role involves working closely with healthcare teams to ensure successful integration and training, ultimately enhancing the provider experience in cancer care.

Responsibilities
Support the implementation of OncoEMR product within oncology clinic settings
Demonstrate deep knowledge of Flatiron’s products, workflows, and clinical operations
Act as the primary practice contact during discovery, workflow validation and configuration, end user training, implementation go live and post go-live
Provide dedicated customer service throughout the life cycle of the implementation
Deliver an organized and sequential training curriculum to span e-learning and in person training
Understand the clinical, operational and billing workflows of a practice and customize applications accordingly
Partner with key stakeholders at practices to drive practice workflow changes
Collaborate with Flatiron Interface Team and Project Management Team for implementation project delivery
Assess practice’s needs, training challenges and communication style
Organize, present and track progress on a comprehensive training program
Serve as quality control for practice set-up and customization
Oversee the Go-Live process at practice and provide support until hand-off to Support and Account Management teams
Demonstrate OncoEMR application in various settings
Ensure customer satisfaction with the implementation process
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience implementing and training on software systems in the healthcare industry
Strong customer service experience, preferably in the EMR field
Excellent and error-free written and verbal communication skills
Experience developing and delivering an organized and sequential training curriculum
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strategic time management skills
Deep understanding and experience with technical troubleshooting and problem solving
Ability to maintain multiple simultaneous training schedules
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 80% or more of the time
Preferred
Oncology billing knowledge or experience
Revenue Cycle Management knowledge or experience
Clinical experience, oncology experience preferred
Tech savvy with excellent skills in Excel and video conference software
Practice Management software experience, as a software user, trainer or tester
