Design and execute core B2B marketing assets, including:
Google Slides / pitch decks
EBooks
White papers
Solution briefs
Infographics and data visualizations
Translate complex concepts, data, and messaging into clear, visually engaging designs for business audiences
Create blog graphics and supporting visuals for content marketing initiatives
Maintain and apply brand guidelines across multiple clients and touchpoints
Partner closely with content, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure visuals align with messaging and business goals
Review and refine design assets to ensure a consistently high bar for quality and brand alignment
Stay current on B2B design best practices, trends, and tools
Meeting with clients from time to time to share concepts and ideas
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional graphic design experience
A portfolio that clearly shows traditional B2B marketing work, including: Long-form content (i.e. eBooks, white papers, infographics), Sales enablement assets (i.e. case studies, checklists, solution briefs etc.), Decks (Google Slides or PowerPoint)
Experience designing for B2B audiences and decision-makers
Strong typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy skills
Experience simplifying complex information through data visualization and infographics
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Figma or similar
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Experience with video storyboarding
Experience designing for interactive or digital experiences (i.e. Ceros, animated gifs)
Agency experience working with multiple B2B clients
Comfort collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
