Responsibilities

Lead technical development of healthcare + education projects

Perform QA/QC and uphold drawing/documentation standards

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and agencies

Guide junior and intermediate team members

Participate in project meetings with confidence and clarity

Improve workflows, standards, and processes across the firm

Qualification

California Architecture License10+ years architectural experienceAutoCAD proficiencyBluebeam proficiencyRevit proficiencyCommunication skillsMentoring abilityOrganizational skills

Required

10+ years of architectural experience (healthcare or institutional preferred)

California Architecture License required

Strong technical ability, detailing, coordination, and documentation

Proficiency in AutoCAD + Bluebeam (Revit is a plus)
