The role involves partnering with the founders, leading candidate engagement, recruiting operations, and shaping the company's culture.

Own the full-cycle recruiting process for engineering and technical roles
Build and manage sourcing strategies to attract elite technical talent
Partner closely with the founding team to shape hiring strategy and company culture
Evaluate candidates with technical depth and precision
Develop and refine a scalable recruiting process for future growth
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles (flexible for exceptional operators)
Proven ability to attract and close top-tier technical talent
Strong technical literacy — able to evaluate deeply technical candidates credibly
Established network in the startup and engineering community
Independent operator comfortable with high ownership and minimal oversight
Exceptional communicator and closer who can sell the vision of an early-stage company
