Responsibilities
Execute graphic design across all channels with precision and consistency
Prepare production-ready files for digital, print, and large-format applications
Maintain brand consistency across multiple brands and verticals
Support campaigns, initiatives, and ongoing brand needs with high-quality execution
Shoot, edit, and deliver high-production, polished video content
Produce:
Executive and thought leadership videos
LinkedIn content
Campaign and brand videos
Event and trade show video
Own lighting, audio, framing, editing, and final delivery
Execute high-converting website and landing page design
Manage WordPress backend updates and content publishing
Support email marketing execution in HubSpot, including:
Designing email templates
Formatting and layout
Supporting campaign sends
Design with performance, clarity, and conversion in mind
Own timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
Manage multiple projects simultaneously across verticals
Coordinate with vendors as needed for print, fabrication, or video production
Ensure work is delivered on time and to professional production standards
Partner closely with marketing leadership
Coordinate with social and content stakeholders to support campaigns and initiatives
Ensure creative execution aligns with campaign goals and timelines
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of professional graphic design and video production experience
Significant corporate or in-house experience required
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Strong video production and editing skills
WordPress backend experience
HubSpot familiarity for email execution
Strong understanding of production standards and workflows
