IT Business Analyst

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, and they are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join their Cloud Office team. The role involves developing and maintaining functional requirements, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and serving as the primary interface between IT engineers and the Cloud Office team.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and facilitates meetings to define key capabilities and requirements that will enable stakeholders to define technical strategy
Evaluates technical requests to determine feasibility; researches and identifies options that best serve technical needs
Provides information about how requirements may affect functional design documents
Serves as the primary interface between the user and the Cloud Office team; may be required to present formal presentations to end users, stakeholders, and management
Conducts structured walkthroughs of requirements with leadership and project team members
Participates in user acceptance testing to ensure client/user needs are met
Identifies potential problems that may arise with new or enhanced applications
Assists with researching opportunities to minimize complexity by leveraging current IT investments and seeking out cost effective solutions
Participates in change management activities, including Q&A testing, troubleshooting, and investigation
Assists in managing internal projects for the Cloud Office team
Assists in Scrum ceremonies and tracking sprint story progression
Facilitates rollout and onboarding of new products
Manages releases of our products

Required

Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area
Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
2+ years of IT related experience
General knowledge of the broad IT environment and Enterprise's lines of business
Experience with IT project coordination and/or IT product management (defining scope and objectives for new projects, tracking tasks/stories, prioritizing work, assisting with team roadmap, stakeholder management, etc.)
Professional experience partnering across a large IT organization
Professional experience gathering and documenting requirements from users and/or stakeholders
Professional experience communicating information between engineers and stakeholders

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
AWS or cloud project experience
DevOps project experience
Stakeholder management experience
Release management experience
Scrum Master experience
