The selected candidate will plan, design, and manage infrastructure construction projects in a multidisciplinary setting, while developing their project management skills and expanding their technical abilities.

Responsibilities
Meet/work/collaborate with project stakeholders (other engineers, sub-consultants, contractors, and owners representatives)
Understand project requirements, constraints, and objectives
Develop project scope of work, schedules and fee estimates
Manage project workflow in a multi-disciplined team
Adhere to project schedule and manage the adjustment of any schedules when appropriate
Speak and lead meetings with stakeholders, the public, and the project team
Embrace the role of stewardship in service to our clients
Assist the Department Manager in the management of resource (staffing) needs and in coordination with other project managers
Perform project engineering tasks as assigned within the Civil Department
Necessary use of AutoCAD or Civil 3D for detailed design
Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and general website navigation required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, or related field
4+ years of experience in site civil design
AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
Registered PE
High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion
Ability to work with, train and mentor less-experienced engineers
