Vice President, Head of Benefits & Mobility

Responsibilities
Operational Excellence, Compliance & Governance: Establish decision rights, design standards, audits, vendor oversight, data privacy/security, statutory compliance; partner with Finance/Tax on cost modeling, forecasting, and risk
Leadership & Organization Development: Build and lead a high performing Benefits & Mobility organization with capabilities in program design, analytics, compliance, vendor management, relocation/assignment management
Executive & Studio Leadership Engagement: Serve as primary Benefits & Mobility executive for ABK HR and studio leaders; translate complex decisions into clear guidance for creators, engineers, artists, publishing, and ops
Employee Experience & Change Leadership: Lead employee-centered design and communication for transitions, renewals, and launches; tailor messaging for diverse global gaming audiences to foster trust and minimize disruption
Manage people and build trusted advisor status across stakeholders
Qualification
Required
18+ years in Global Benefits, Global Mobility, Total Rewards, or adjacent HR disciplines (Compensation, Compliance, International HR)
Deep understanding of substance, operation, and regulatory environment of benefits plans spanning health coverage, retirement/savings, leave/disability, paid time-off, and perqs; working knowledge of HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and similar laws governing this domain
10+ years leading people managers and senior ICs
Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-country rationalization or harmonization efforts (M&A, plan transitions, system migrations)
Proven ability to operate across multi-region statutory environments (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) and manage compliance in benefits, mobility, immigration, and tax
Experience overseeing large vendor ecosystems (benefits, relocation, immigration, tax, mobility providers) with governance and accountability
Ability to influence executives, apply analytics to shape program strategy and measure impact, make data-driven decisions, and create clarity in complex environments
Demonstrated capability to lead enterprise-level strategy, governance, and complex program portfolios
Proven success influencing ELT-level leaders and driving alignment in ambiguous, cross functional environments
Ability to translate complex benefits/mobility concepts into clear, business relevant narratives for executives and global stakeholders
Expertise in risk management, cost modeling, forecasting, and compliance frameworks relevant to mobility and benefits
Deep experience creating and maintaining governance structures for global programs (policies, decision rights, standards)
Demonstrated ability to build high performing teams, including hiring, coaching, succession planning, and developing managers
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Public Policy, Psychology, or a related field (or 15+ years in Global Benefits/Mobility, Total Rewards, or related field; or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Expertise in M&A benefits and mobility transformation, including navigating legacy plan transitions, employee experience stability, and communication during change
Strong knowledge of international relocation, immigration, tax, assignment frameworks, and mobility policy design
Experience supporting creative, high growth, or gaming/entertainment industries where talent mobility and wellbeing programs require agility and cultural sensitivity
Ability to balance innovation with operational rigor, modernizing benefits/mobility programs through insights, external trends, and vendor ecosystem evolution
Demonstrated success leading multi-discipline, multi-regional transformation efforts with high visibility and business impact
Executive presence with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse populations—from engineers to artists to production studios
Track record designing employee centered change management for global populations; excellence in communication clarity, empathy, and trust building during transitions
Ability to anticipate friction, reduce change fatigue, and maintain a stable, positive employee experience during integration
Master's Degree preferred (MBA, Master of HR Management, Master of Public Administration, or similar relevant professional certifications, such as: CEBS, GMS/SGMS, SHRM-SCP or SPHR, CRP; or equivalent experience)
