The Procurement Intern will support the Corporate Procurement team by interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and assisting with various procurement operations.

Responsibilities

Help to create dashboards and tracking templates for new policies and procedures
Review new vendors and determine vendor eligibility through company policy
Track and approve invoices
Interface with vendors on day-to-day changes
Lead a to be defined project for the term of the internship
Assist in maintenance of category management
Track changes in spend
Help promote adaption of new policies
Daily review of electronic transactions for compliance

Required

Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program focused on business studies, supply chain, procurement, or other relevant study area

Experience with ERP or CMMS systems, dashboards, or PowerBi

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
