Responsibilities
Support Loan Originators and Sales teams with day-to-day mortgage operations
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing mortgage customers
Qualify leads and assist in converting prospects into loan applications
Follow up with customers to collect required documentation and information
Provide updates to customers regarding loan status and next steps
Assist with loan file setup, data entry, and basic processing tasks
Maintain accurate records in CRM and loan origination systems
Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment
Meet productivity, call volume, and performance targets
Deliver a positive and professional customer experience throughout the mortgage process
Qualification
Required
Mandatory: Prior call center experience
Mandatory: Mortgage industry experience (loan origination, processing, or sales support)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment
Comfortable working with performance metrics and deadlines
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred
Experience as a Loan Originator Assistant, Mortgage Processor Assistant, or Sales Development Associate
Familiarity with CRM or loan origination systems
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
