Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies; assist with audits and tax filings as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and implement improvements
Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline operations and generate insightful reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
Proven experience in accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
Preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling
Accounting degree (Bachelor's or higher)
5-10 years of relevant work experience in either corporate accounting or tax preparation
