Responsibilities
Enabling BTS to deliver solutions with agility by leveraging the industry’s best practices for portfolio management and providing the guidance to activate on them
Establish a product model for their project portfolio management
“face-to-face” conversations and test cases to promote collaboration and keep the teams aligned in their focus
The product team will emphasize demonstrable features with our PPM Core Team as the primary measure of tracking progress
This role will establish Product roadmaps and strategy for the PPM Technology Operations team
Help manage the backlog and roadmap
Help manage the MSP to make sure they are addressing the high priority items
Knowledgeable of what is coming down the pipe so the team can prepare what is coming down the pipe
Person does not need to be an expert on Clarity
Vendor Management and ticket management experience
PPM experience
Small team supporting clarity implementation
Wants project and program management knowledge, knows how to handle projects and programs
Expertise working with vendors
Strong Communication skills and very detail oriented
Implementation and vendor management experience
