The candidate will support the Network Operations Center by responding to network support requests, troubleshooting issues, and configuring or deploying network hardware and communications infrastructure.

Responsibilities
The candidate will support network operations by responding to Tier 1-3 support requests, troubleshooting network issues, and configuring or deploying network hardware
They will design and extend the campus network, maintain documentation and inventory, monitor for faults and anomalies, and assist with cybersecurity and threat mitigation
The role also includes supporting field maintenance teams, resolving connectivity issues, and effectively communicating with teammates and customers of varying technical expertise
