Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (e.g., Business, Advertising, or Media Studies)
2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital content management, branding, or related creative/communications roles
Microsoft office Suite, Salesforce, Pardot, Power BI, Sprout and Meltwater, google analytics, or other relevant media/marketing toolkits
Digital marketing performance: Lead conversion rate, campaign ROI, attribution accuracy, and funnel efficiency
Website performance: UX/UI improvement metrics, site speed, SEO performance, and conversion rates
Social media growth & engagement: Follower growth, engagement rate, content output consistency, and channel performance vs. benchmarks
Operational excellence: Completion of workflows, effectiveness of SOPs, and continuous improvement outcomes demonstrated via post‑mortem learnings
