Required

High school graduate or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing industry
Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints
Ability to work with small precision parts to very close tolerances
Capability to use basic inspection tools and techniques
Capacity to understand and follow through with verbal or written instructions
Good understanding of shop math
Proficient with interpersonal relations, organization and communication skills
Light work: Lifting up to 30 pounds frequently, and/or lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving objects
Standing for 8+ hours per day
Visual Acuity: Close vision, color vision
Work Conditions: The worker is subject to noise, vibration, coolants, and oils
