Responsibilities
Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business and functional requirements
Translate complex IAM concepts (authentication, provisioning, RBAC, certifications, entitlements) into clear business requirements
Develop detailed use cases, workflows, and business rules for enterprise Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions
Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
Support IAM processes including Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) , access requests, approvals, access reviews, and recertifications
Assist with risk assessments , findings, and remediation tracking
Ensure IAM and GRC solutions align with governance, regulatory, and compliance drivers
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and integration issues and recommend solutions
Support InfoSec project teams and external vendors with configuration requirements and data analysis
Ensure business and operational readiness for new security tools, enhancements, and process changes
Support end-user training and adoption efforts
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, GRC, risk assessments, and IT systems implementation
Strong understanding of information security, GRC, IT, and business concepts
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
Ability to evaluate system impacts resulting from business changes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
Preferred
3+ years of IAM experience with enterprise-scale IGA platforms, PAM solutions, or access management implementations
Experience providing technical direction and driving innovation amid ambiguity
