Responsibilities
Act as a project manager for your assigned accounts, overseeing RFQs, sourcing, quoting, contract review, negotiation, and fulfillment
Source critical aerospace parts and materials using internal tools and your own vendor networks
Manage complex timelines, pricing, and deliverables to ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded
Establish trusted relationships with OEM clients and strategic vendors worldwide
Partner with internal teams (Logistics, Procurement, Bookkeeping) to ensure seamless order execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or quoting in aerospace or a similar technical field
Knowledge of aircraft parts/raw materials & RFQ analysis
ERP experience (e.g., Pentagon) + strong Excel/database skills
Preferred
Prior OEM/vendor negotiation and customer-facing experience preferred
Familiarity with the aerospace and defense industry is strongly preferred
