Responsibilities
Manage a queue of implementation tasks originating from both client and internal within a part-time workload
Monitor, process, and respond to incoming client cases
Maintain up-to-date task/case statuses to ensure effective communication and planning across the broader implementation team
Collaborate with other implementation team members to address technical configuration requirements
Communicate with the broader implementation team to address and resolve technical questions from clients, escalating as appropriate
Participate in client calls to provide best-practice guidance and implementation support as needed
Respond clearly and accurately to client needs via implementation cases and client emails
Assist clients with testing and validation of module implementations
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal implementation teams
Proficiency in learning software systems to execute necessary implementation and configuration procedures
Capability to make informed decisions and provide recommendations within the framework of enterprise software to fulfill client business needs
Strong organizational skills to manage assigned tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity
Ability to multi-task efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Eligible to work in the United States
